Formerly Hangzhou Oleochemical Plant, relocated to Qiantang Linjiang Industrial Park. Part of Zanyu Technology, a veteran comprehensive oleochemical production base in China.
Scale
Complete hydrolysis, vacuum distillation, and fatty acid hydrogenation lines with 60,000 tons/year fatty acid capacity. Processes palm oil and animal/vegetable oils. Multiple rounds of technical upgrades and capacity expansion.

Process Flow
Feedstock oil → High-pressure hydrolysis → Oil-water separation → Crude fatty acid distillation → Catalytic hydrogenation → Finished fatty acids; by-product crude glycerin recovery and refining
